No clinician–patient relationship

Reading this website, or sending us an enquiry, does not create a clinician–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you attend the clinic and care is provided under our normal booking and clinical processes.

Individual assessment and results

Descriptions of treatments, tests and outcomes on this site are general. Skin and hair loss treatments in particular depend on the underlying cause, your medical history, examination findings and how you respond to treatment. Results vary between individuals and no specific outcome is promised or implied. Your clinician will explain what is realistic for you, including the likely benefits, limitations and risks, before you agree to any treatment.

Any before and after images, testimonials or case examples shown on this site represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the result you will achieve.

Bookings and appointments

Appointments are arranged by telephone or in person at the clinic. Fees are confirmed with you at consultation; we do not publish prices on this website.

By booking, you agree to provide accurate contact and medical information, and to attend at the agreed time or give reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel. Withholding relevant medical history may make a treatment unsafe or unsuitable.

Consent to treatment

No treatment is carried out without your informed consent. You will be given the information you need to make that decision, and you may ask questions or decline at any point, including after you have consented.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, contact us as soon as possible on 0121 751 8001. Cancellation terms, including any fee for late cancellation or non-attendance, are explained when you book and may depend on the service booked.

Refund eligibility is assessed case by case in line with the terms explained at booking and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malicious code, or use the site in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.
